As a home health nurse, she balances her career with her love for entrepreneurship and community building. Sydney owns The Old Barn Boutique, where she curates a beautiful selection of clothing, accessories, and home decor.

She is married to Derek and the proud mom of Huxley and Halstyn. When she’s not working or planning markets, she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting other small businesses. Sydney is dedicated to making the Knox County Barn Market a welcoming space for vendors and shoppers alike, always striving to create an unforgettable market experience!

Jocelyn Gadberry is the co-founder of the Knox County Barn Market and a dedicated supporter of small businesses and handmade artisans. She works for the Indiana Department of Correction and is also an entrepreneur, owning Hoosier Kay’s, a handmade business specializing in practical and stylish fabric goods, and Morning Bliss Boutique, a women’s clothing and accessories boutique.

In addition to her career and businesses, Jocelyn is the Dance Coach for the White River Valley Middle and High School Dance Teams, where she shares her passion for dance and mentorship with her students. She loves creating opportunities for small businesses to thrive and is always working to make the Knox County Barn Market a fun and successful event for vendors and shoppers alike!
